Linneke uses her sensitivity for people to understand what is going on beneath the surface. It enables her to provide interventions that make real and lasting improvements in the team or at an individual level. She has more than 15 years of experience as a Talent Development Manager, Recruitment Manager and HR business partner, and a broad knowledge base, including Insights Discovery, coaching, group dynamics and systemic work.

Fred is a training actor and trainer. Passionate, emotional and enthusiastic, and interested in people and their behavior. He is always curious why someone behaves in a certain way. He uses his talents to make the other person aware of their behavior. In addition, he stimulates effective behavior through exercises and role play. The goal: when you are aware of which behavior is effective, you can use it more often. There is less and less room left for less effective behavior.

Eva has a background as leader working internationally in the food industry. She has a M.Sc. in dairy & food technology and an Executive MBA in Business & Leadership. For more than 10 years Eva has been training, consulting and coaching business leaders using the Radical Collaboration® and The Human Element®. She helps leaders, managers and teams build trust, engagement and collaboration at work.
